Stephanie Stiavetti joined BIEEGL as a clinician and assessor for the ProNET, UPLIFT, and LTF studies. She is trained as an attachment therapist and has advanced education in somatic trauma therapy and developmental trauma treatment. Stephanie's research interests are focused on how childhood experiences affect social functioning, emotion regulation, and psychopathology in early adulthood, making BIEEGL's work in supporting adolescents and young adults deeply meaningful for her.
Stephanie earned her bachelor's degree in English Literature through the University of California, Berkeley, and her master's degree in clinical counseling (MFT/PCC) from Sonoma State University. She completed her clinical internship at Turning Point Community Programs in Sacramento, where she cemented a love of community mental health, specifically working with individuals experiencing symptoms of psychosis.
When she's not working, Stephanie enjoys cooking, eating, bookstores, being outdoors, and generally spending as much time around animals and plants as possible.
