Rob joined Drs. Mathalon and Ford in 2006 at Yale University as a Research Assistant to further his interest in cognitive neuroscience and neuropsychiatric disorders, where he enjoyed himself for over four years!
Currently, Rob is pursuing a Ph.D. at Vanderbilt University under the guidance of Profs. Geoff Woodman and Jeff Schall where he studies visual working memory, attention and executive control. His research uses a variety of techniques including psychophysics, eye tracking, and intra- and extracranial electrophysiological measures from human and nonhuman primates. Rob's previous work focused on studies of schizophrenia and he continues to relate findings from systems and cognitive neuroscience to clinical disorders.
